Terms and Conditions

Service Fee: A delivery fee of $50 will be applied to all orders.

Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. A valid ID is required upon delivery to verify age.

Payment and Identification: The credit card used for the order must match the ID presented at the time of delivery. If the ID and credit card do not match or fail our 12-point inspection, a restocking fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file.

Restocking Fee: The restocking fee is applicable in cases where the order cannot be completed due to invalid identification or payment issues.

Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before submitting. 2U Delivery is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the order process.

Delivery Conditions: Delivery is available to customers on the water at Crab Island and surrounding areas. Customers must be present at the designated delivery location with their valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of $150.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued at the discretion of 2U Delivery, based on the circumstances of the order. Restocking fees are non-refundable.

Liability: 2U Delivery is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the delivery process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: 2U Delivery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. By placing an order with 2U Delivery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
